Services available

I offer psychotherapy, coaching and consultations for individuals (adolescents, young adults and adults), and for couples and parents. Consultations are intensive sessions of two hours, a half-day or a full day. These can be a standalone piece of psychological work for those who need to take some time to stop and think about a specific issue, or it may serve as a starting point of further treatment.

Psychotherapy is a professional process that utilises the relationship between the therapist and the client as a vehicle for clients’ self-understanding and change through exploration, psycho-education and insight.

Coaching is another form of professional activity that utilises the relationship between the coach and the coachee to enable clients to achieve their own personal and professional goals through training, advice and guidance.

Psychotherapy and coaching are both underpinned by the same psychological theories, however, psychological treatment is mid– to long-term and tends to focus on growth. On the other hand, coaching tends to be more time-limited and solution-focused.

Research shows that the relationship between a client and therapist is the primary component of successful psychotherapy; it is therefore essential that you find the therapist that will be right for you. The initial consultation gives a flavour of what the work will be like, and is an opportunity for both client and therapist to assess if they are right for each other.

I offer face-to-face sessions in South West London (Belgravia, Chelsea) and North West London (Kensal Rise).
